Get ahead before school even starts. Our Summer HeadStart Pack is designed to boost confidence, reinforce key concepts, and build study skills—whether you're targeting a specific course or looking for a general academic refresh.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy Clients can book sessions online or by contacting BrightTrack directly. Sessions are scheduled based on availability and confirmed only after payment or deposit is received. To secure your preferred time, please book at least 20 hours in advance. Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled session to receive a full refund or to reschedule without penalty. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the session will incur a fee equivalent to the session cost. No-shows or missed sessions without notice will be charged the full session fee. Waitlist Policy If your preferred session time is unavailable, you may join the waitlist. BrightTrack will notify you as soon as a spot opens up. Waitlist notification does not guarantee immediate booking, and sessions are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
